At Hamro Prints, we aim to ensure that your prints are delivered safely, promptly, and affordably. Below is an outline of our shipping policy for your reference.
Delivery Costs
- Shipping is free for orders over $100, across Australia, with the exception of some regional areas.
- For extra-large sizes, please contact us at info@hamroprints.com.au to arrange customized delivery. Additional charges may apply for these orders.
Exclusions from Free Delivery
- Certain items are excluded from free delivery. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping to P O Boxes
- We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Deliveries to company or work addresses are also possible, subject to prior approval.
Delivery Time
- Most orders, particularly larger prints, are shipped via Auspost courier delivery to your specified address unless requested otherwise.
- Orders typically take 2-8 business days for delivery within Australia (Auspost Standard delivery), depending on your location.
- Express delivery is available with an extra fee and take 1-4 business days.
Instore Pick up
- Instrore pick ups are avilable from our address in Macquarie Fields. Orders are ready within 24 hours and will be notified once its ready.
Damaged Prints
- We take utmost care in packaging to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.
- If your package arrives with visible damage to the packaging, DO NOT accept the parcel.
- Inform the courier to return the package.
- Notify us immediately at info@hamroprints.com.au.
- All shipments are fully insured, and we will promptly handle replacements or refunds in the event of damage.
